Vollrath #8 cast iron deep skillet / chicken fryer with matching, fully marked cover. Restored to excellent condition. Manufactured circa 1940s.
Dimensions: 11 1/2 inches wide at the spouts, 3 1/4 inches tall. Cooking surface: 8 1/2 inches across. No cracks. Sits flat with no wobble. Excellent exterior. Interior surface is smooth with typical marks from age and use. Cover is also in excellent condition.
Restored by Cast Iron Archaeology. Stripped to bare iron using an all-natural process, then seasoned.
